Luther King Capital Management Corporation, the Fund’s investment adviser, has contractually agreed to waive all or a portion of its management fee and/or reimburse the Fund through May 1, 2024 in order to limit the Fund’s total annual fund operating expenses to 1.00% per annum.
Effective August 1, 2016, the LKCM Aquinas Value Fund was renamed to LKCM Aquinas Catholic Equity Fund and the performance prior to August 1, 2016 represented the LKCM Aquinas Value Fund and its prior investment strategies.
